1. What types of furniture do you sell?

We offer a wide range of furniture for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, offices, flooring, and outdoor spaces. Our collection includes sofas, beds, dining sets, desks, and more.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

3. Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes, we offer home delivery and professional installation services. Fees are applicable for deliveries outside of Monrovia.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for all items their original packaging. Items that have been assembled will not be returned.

5. What if my furniture arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund based on the issue.

6. Can I visit your showroom?

Of course! You're welcome to visit our showroom to see and test our furniture in person. Check our website for showroom locations and business hours.

7. Do you accept advance payments?

We accept advance payments that will be held for a maximum of 30 days if made against a specific product, or up to six (6) months if made as a general deposit under our eWallet system. Once your target budget is reached, deposits will be applied toward your order. For full details, please refer to our eWallet Rules in the Company tab.
