eWallet Rules:
1. Eligibility:
Available to customers who wish to make advance payments toward future purchases of furniture. The maximum duration of the plan is six (6) months from the date of first payment.
2. Payments:
Customers may deposit funds in lump sum or in monthly installments as agreed at enrollment. Minimum entry deposit to be agreed upon. All payments must be completed within the 6-month period.
3. Redemption of Funds:
Funds may be used against any available products in-store or in stock at the time of purchase. Prices will be based on prevailing market prices at the date of purchase. Funds may not be applied toward items under special promotions unless specified.
4. No Refund / No Reservation Policy:
No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances. Payments do not guarantee reservation of specific products or inventory. Customers can only select from available items when redeeming.
5. Non-Redemption:
If funds are not applied within six (6) months, the customer must redeem immediately on available stock. After 6 months, management reserves the right to convert unused balances into a store credit voucher, valid for an additional 30 days only.
6. Documentation:
Each customer will receive an Advance Payment Plan Agreement signed by both parties. A payment card or
digital ledger will track deposits and balances. Final purchases will reference the advance balance receipt
number
